Power of Attorney online application - how does Donor and witnesses sign?

I'm trying to find a simple way for my Mum to take out Pof A (its a straightforward one and doesn't need a solicitor) and I'm thinking online may be easier than on paper. Wondering how she as the Donor and the Attorneys and the Witnesses sign online though? I don't want to her battle through many pages online then discover it is complicated and she can't organise it. Does anyone know? Many thanks!

According to this you can complete the forms online but they then have to be printed out and signed.

You fill the form in online, print it out, get the signatures done then post it off.1

Make sure the people all sign on the same day. There is a specific order to signing and if you get it wrong it will get rejected. Watch out if you make any slight amendments. They need to be initialled by everyone.2

It doesn’t have to be on the same day as long as the orders and dates are correct. I signed parent’s then posted them to other people for signatures and it was accepted without issue. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
I did it online, printed it off, took it with me when I met up with friends and got them to sign in the right order.1

still needs a printer. There are plans to make it possible to apply fully online, but those are 'in the future'.
