I need help as vinted are no use at all

As title suggests I am having an issue with vinted.
I've been on a bit of a health kick and lost a fair amount of weight, rather than going out and buying new clothes only for them to be too big in a few months I decided to buy a few things on vinted.
One item was a tog24 jacket. Seller posted via inpost and I received it a locker delivery locker. I got home and there was a tog24 jacket inside but the wrong colour and size. I initially thought the seller had made a mistake so I contacted her, only to be met with laughing face emojis and her saying that she never sent the jacket that I received nor had she ever seen it before and point blank accused me of scamming her.
I raised this with Vinted and things went from bad to worse. Never have I met such an incompetent and time wasting customer service team in my life.
I told them about what the seller was accusing me of so they suspended the sale pending an investigation, that was over 2 weeks ago. I personally believe that inpost have incorrectly labelled the parcels when collecting them from the drop off point and I have received someone else parcel albeit from a different seller entirely. I even went as far as to obtain the CCTV of me collecting the parcel so I could show what packaging it was in when I collected it from the locker
I got a random message from vinted 4 days ago that there was a parcel waiting for me to collect at the designated address but didn't fill me in on what the address was, when I queried it I got radio silence again.
Is there anyone I can contact out with the absolute crapfest that is the vinted in app customer services. I have tried to find contact details for anyone higher up at vinted but have had no luck so far.
Hopefully someone here can help as I am at my wits end with Vinted.
Thanks in advance
