11 weeks in and seller has pulled out of 2nd purchase

    No it definitely isn't as easy to find rented these days, I do appreciate that. I guess just worried that if they are being very picky about their onward purchase (which they've every right to be as I wouldn't move unless it was right) that we could keep ending up in this situation, and I do feel they could be more honest about that as the message we've been given continuously is that they're very motivated to move ASAP. 

    Update is that they've apparently offered on another property and waiting to hear if their offer has been accepted. Then we will have to find out the situation, if that will be a long or short chain etc, and make a decision as to if we cut our losses and find something else that could throw up it's own delays, not to mention money spent on this purchase so far, or hope that it's 3rd time lucky!
