Notice to keeper

I sometime get caught out by SIP when parking - however, I NEVER EVER get a notice to keeper on my windscreen which would allow me to pay a cheapish fine - they always go straight to the parking charge notice of 115. What can I do?

well you stop thinking about paying because people who get advice from this forum dont waste their money paying SIP
oh and why are you calling it a fine
please can you show on the paper work or signs where the word fine is used.2 -
You get a notice to driver on a windscreen (from a twit with a terminal) not a notice to keeper, you get a notice to keeper in the post (usually from an ANPR Box Brownie) and there is no "cheepish fine"2

Please read the NEWBIES FAQS thread first.deb_kelly said:What can I do?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

There is no legal requirement to leave a windscreen PCN on the vehicle, hence why the invoice arrives in the post after the event
What can you do. ? Stop using SIP car parks3
