UKPC Notice to Keeper + Letter from ZZPS. I stopped in an industrial estate - did NOT park

I've received a Notice to Keeper from the UKPC and now a letter from ZZPS.
Details, I collected my car from a near by garage, but it developed an overheating fault, so I pulled into an industrial estate at the first safest place to get off the main road.
I came to a halt (about 3 feet from the kerb) on a double yellow line.
I had to wait with the car until it cooled sufficiently to be able to u-turn an return to the garage.
At no time did I leave the car unattended, I don't believe I event exited the car, and if I did it would have only been to look in the boot.
I have now received both a final reminder and a letter from ZZPS. Important to note the car was sold just a day or so after the alleged offence, so this may have resulted in the communication arriving to me late, and importantly AFTER the period to appeal online has elasped.
Reading through the FAQ, I am unclear on what my next steps need to be AND what time period I should be aware of to avoid the situation escalating.
I have tried to find details of the landowner, unsuccessfully at this stage,

UNLESS you have an LoC , or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton, you do nothing EXCEPT keep trying plan A, a landowner cancellation
Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
You are at the impasse stage1 -
Re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread. You’ve missed any appeal deadlines so you are now waiting for a Letter of Claim and the inevitable N1SDT claim form.Nothing to worry about as this is the ultimate dispute resolution stage. Follow the advice to ignore the powerless debt collectors. It isn’t going to affect you unless you are low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree.
in due course you will see your username in lights in this thread once they discontinue before they have to pay a trial fee because you refused to capitulate:3 -
You don't need to avoid what you see as escalation. In fact, you want a court claim from DCB Legal in the end. Perfect outcome!
See the 4th post then the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread, in that order. Simple!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
