Private Education, Wrap Around and Tax Free Childcare

Hi All,
We are in the fortunate position that my wife is employed at the school our children go to. For this we are given a single bill that is calculated by 50% discount on fees no payment for breakfast or after school club plus any lunches/suppers.
Now that we are entering Primary One according to HMRC rules we cannot utilise Tax Free Childcare for our core school day fees. However we can still utilise Tax free childcare for the hours we use outside of the main school day and any suppers.
Despite not being itemised on our bill we utilise breakfast club and after school club daily. Can I manually calculate these costs and legally utilise the Tax Free Childcare for this portion or would HMRC frown upon this!?
Could I argue we use the hours, they are just not itemised on our invoice?!
Any advice, or where to find advice would be appreciated...

I'll move this from the ISAs board to the Cutting Tax board

although it appears the invoice is not itemised, presumably you can easily work out if "50% of fees" is a total that does or does not include such "add ons"
if the 50% of fees does not include those items then you cannot claim their notional cost since you have not incurred that expenditure
