Counterfeit items warning

I fell foul of EBay’s AI counterfeit item when selling a cosmetic type product that came out of a collection we bought that we wouldn’t use. Without much hope I pressed the appeal button, I assume that goes to a human as I have now been informed that my appeal was successful and my listing has been restored.
Except it isn’t, it’s now in my ended items so I’m not going to relist until next offer in couple of weeks. Chances of being bounced again or will eBay remember they’ve cleared it?

It'll bounce again. I had the same issue. Gave up in the end. Even after the manufacturer provided a letter stating it was genuine.0
