Credit address

Pardon me as I attempt to word this correctly. I stay in a four in a block. On my credit check it regularly tells me that im not on electoral roll but i recently voted however the address is different. For the purposes of internet stalkers i stay at 18a and always use my address as 18a but on some, like register of electorals, I stay at 0/1 of 18. Who would i contact to amend this or how can i change this so its all uniform as 18a? Hope this makes sense.
