Seems that they have agreed a level of finance for Everyday loans complaints at 25.73p to the pound.
Non-Standard Finance group (NSF) proposed a Scheme of Arrangement in March 2023. This Scheme was approved in June 23. Although payment was due originally in April. Those who complained about unaffordable lending who had loans taken out before March 21 should be recieving emails and payment within 2 weeks.
