EDF - anyone with IT issues
EDF completed the swop form the old to new system in May and I have had bills with the new account number on them.
On logging in to My Account I only get the old account details and this says Closed.
I contacted EDF Customer Service and their advice was to reboot . No effect.
Tried on both Chrome and Opera.
Any suggestions ?

Did you set up a new account with a new password? I seem to recall when I was moved 12 months ago this was a request to me in an email.1

i cant log into my new account ive had this for a few months now, using the app and browser its taking me to the old closed accounts, i top up using the app so i cant even do this, i did phone and was told to uninstall the app and wait 24 hours well that well up and still not working. they don't reply on whatsapp or text and there's no option to message them on facebook so tommorow its another phonecall unfortunately0

Much exchanging of emails and changing of passports, I asked EDF to ring me and they gave me a temp Password - which worked !
