No different to you sending them an email or letter. As resolver put it themselves:We don't act on your behalf and we don't take control of your complaint. Instead, we’ve set out to make it as easy as possible for you to get results. They do two things, poorly.Provide contact with the company (but often get it wrong)

With Boohoo in particularly their business model is for people to buy clothes they don't need that they don't wear that often or indeed give/throw away very quickly and again you breed that kind of mentality and it comes with other things such as customers expecting to be able to return what they want.
If they were selling high quality, long lasting clothes I doubt they'd see anywhere near as many returns but then again they wouldn't make as much money either...
I don't think many people realise just how much damage these companies are doing, not only to our planet but also our society in general, you could argue the individual should resist the temptation but they have become very efficient at using psychological tactics combined with nearly 1 trillion USD globally on advertising to attack the weaker aspects of our minds. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
Totally agree.
Masters of their own downfall.
Far better to support local high street shops where you can try on in shop.Life in the slow lane0
