Hi
.im planning a train journey from krakow to Lublin in the near future , I was looking at various apps for times prices ect , Someone said I should try the koleo app which I did and the prices were cheaper by almost half , Is this site genuine ? I believe it is a polish app can that be a reason the prices are considerably cheaper.

The app seems fine, 88k reviews on Google Play.
When you say prices are at half price.. compared to?
Polish trains are very cheap in compare to UK ones, there are two type of trains - slower and faster, the slower ones were always at the same price no matter if you purchased in advance or 5 minutes before, the faster ones require a seat reservation that costs few quids and they also run some sort of promotions for tickets purchased earlier.
But as their website says, the prices are the same as purchased directly - they just help building ticket for more complicated journeys including various providers.
Btw, Koleo sounds like "railway" when you say it in Polish.1 -
I've used it numerous times in Poland, and it can be very useful at missing out on long queues at ticket offices, or buying tickets where there are no ticket offices.0
