I've always had wheel shake at  70-72, it is fine above or below that speed.
please don't say I'm speeding and slow down cos there is error in Speedo anyway.

my point is how do I get rid off it.

here's the other point, I got a puncture on a front tyre last month, got new tyre balanced etc, still got shake

then unlucky got a puncture yesterday on the other front tyre, screw in thread.
got new tyre balanced etc.

still get shake at same speed it's shoked for months and months. there are no dents or damage on the wheels

thought the new tyres and them being balanced would cure it

Might need a wheel alignment or the suspension checking…

    Hopefully in the “right” direction

It can be anything in that area. Could even be the brakes having been fitted badly. Alanp's suggestion is good so you'll need to get the car to a suitable garage.

would alignment cause shake even if wheels are balanced
on a side note , I know there is error in speedo cos I looked at the temporary digital speed sensors they erect on built up areas.
I was at 30, the sign went green at  showing 27.
i also did one in a 40 zone, I was at 40, sign lit up green showing 36.

I also know Speedo is out cos one day I tested the 0 to 60 and I got it 4 seconds below the manufacturers fastest time.

it's not a fast car it's an old 1.8 petrol auto astra

so you reckon try wheel alignment, I thought that affects scrubbing of tyres, not shake occurring

Those speed signs are not accurate, and neither is your 0-60 measurement.
If you get your passenger to open Google maps while you're driving it will show the speed there using GPS which will be pretty accurate.

surely these speed signs are accurate if they are using lasers. what would be the point of them installed then.

anyway , so it's alignment check then

Any of the following - or a combination:
    Wheel alignment
    Front wheel bearings
    Warped discs
    Glazed brake pads

My first thought is balancing - the symptom is vibration at a certain speed.
Wheel alignment is something which can be really difficult to get right - a symptom is if the car randomly wants to go left or right as you're driving.
If it's the brakes, I'd expect judder through the steering wheel as you gently brake.
Back to balancing: some places can balance on the car rather than just the wheel.

Best to get 4 wheel alignment done and balance all the tyres. That should sort it out.

I think the first thing I would ask the garage to do is check their balancing on the new tyres. If you've had that done in the past few days they should do that for free
