I have a Brother DCP-J4120DW printer and the specs don't say what the max paper or card weight is acceptable. It just refers to 80gm paper, glossy photo card and index card.

Any thoughts on how heavy I could go for? I'm hoping to print (through the rear A3 input tray) some family history charts and heavier grade would be good.

I've just looked at some supplies and 120g seems to be suggested as suitable for most inkjets. Would that be equivalent to photo or index card?

Ta.
