Vitality health insurance. Increasing by about £10.00 a month annually???

Hi guys,
              Over the last 3 years my health insurance has risen from about 45 quid a month to over 80 quid  a month with an excess.

can anyone recommend how to switch to another provider ? I’ve a previous injury that I would like covered, it is covered through vitality because I haven’t seen a doctor regarding it in over 5 years. So I’ve concerns of going to another provider and it not being covered.
