What do you need it for that a UK broker cannot provide?

Is this who you mean?            https://www.captrader.com/en/

I think it was founded in 1997
    Head Office is in Germany.
    Website created: 16 June 2006
Financial Regulated Body is the Germany Supervisory Authority: BaFin

I cannot find its name on the FCA Register.

Has mixed reviews. Have a look at this:

Why not use a UK broker on the FCA register, so regulated in the UK?
How did you hear about them? Hope it was not via Email or social media!
Please do not say you want to trade, as that is high risk and most people who trade lose their money.

The OP has not told us where he lives.

If he lives in Geschlachtenbretzingen for example, as more than 80,000 people do, he might not want to use a UK broker.

From their previous post it is reasonable to believe they live in the UK.
If he lives in Geschlachtenbretzingen, why is he posting here?

It's a UK website so the general assumption is that if it isn't stated otherwise the poster is resident here. If you look in the OP's posting history there's mention of an Isa.
