Merlin Entertainment 2024 on Heart Network, July/August 2024 – Specific Rules
1. The ‘Merlin Entertainment July/August 2024’ promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday July 26th 2024 to Sunday 1st September 2024 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ is Merlin Entertainments Limited, Link House, 25 West St, Poole BH15 1LD and the ‘Prize Provider’ are Merlin Entertainment and Global.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk/winregister your details and submit an answer to the multiple choice question provided.
4. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Friday 26th July 2024 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 1st September 2024. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within 5 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible, correct entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 5 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
6. We, the prize providers and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.

In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. The Promotion Partner reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules will not be accepted. The Promotion Partner takes no responsibility for any costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by the Winning Entrant arising out of the use of the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotion Partner or that of its employees. Plus, enjoy a Deluxe Ticket, including Anytime Entry, VR Experience and a Mission Pack or Guidebook. Prize includes anytime entry to SEA LIFE London Aquarium, VIP animal experience and mission pack or guidebook. Prize must be redeemed within 8 months of notification of winning. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+. 16. Option 2: Chessington World of Adventures Overnight Stay
Overnight stay is for up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children) in a World of Jumanji themed room in the Chessington Safari Hotel. For the purpose of a short break a child is classed as 15 years and below. Prize includes 2 days entry to Theme Park, Zoo and SEA LIFE Aquarium either side of the overnight stay, full English breakfast, early ride access, and car parking. Short breaks are subject to limited room availability. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Prize is valid for stays at Chessington World of Adventures Resort until 31st May 2025. Prize must be redeemed within 28 days of notification of winning. Does not include added extras including but not limited to in-room movies, Reserve & Ride and phone calls. Excludes travel to the Resort. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. 18. We will endeavour to transfer the spending money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.
19. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a theme park with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.

21.
