SUMMARY

• The Grand Prize is a pair of tickets to three individual winners per event listed below:
  • Noah Kahan: 22 August 2024
  • Jungle: 12 September 2024
  • Jonas Brothers: 17 September 2024
• Enrolment period: 25 July to 8 August 2024
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Winners to be notified directly via email, up to 30 days after the end of the enrolment period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SUMMARY: The prize draw (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Qatar Airways.  The Grand Prize is a pair  is a pair of tickets per event listed below:

Promotion and award of Prizes are subject to these rules 1 to 15 ("Official Rules").

2. SPONSOR: This Promotion is sponsored by Qatar Airways, Q.C.S.C. PO Box 22550, Doha, Qatar (“Sponsor”). The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all aspects of this Promotion.  The Promotion is run and sponsored by Qatar Airways in complete independence from any local government offices or tenders

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, their subsidiaries, and each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, etc.) and household members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

In order to participate and win, participants must use the sign-up form on the promotional landing page by 8 August 2024, AND confirm their email address via the link sent to the participant’s email address.

4. PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RULES: All participants must comply with these Official Rules. All interpretations of these Official Rules by the Sponsor are final.

5. PROMOTION: This Promotion starts on 25 July 2024. Promotion will end on 8 August 2024.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION:

a) Online participation

1. Participants will need to enter the competition via https://www.qatarairways.com/en-gb/offers/subscribe-and-win-theo2.html

2. Once the Promotion has ended, the Sponsor will choose the winner at random by way of a lucky draw ("Winner").

b) Once the Winner has been selected, they will be contacted as follows:

Sponsor will send an email to the subscriber who has been selected. 

The Winner will have 7 days to confirm receipt of the message to claim the Prize. Failure to respond in the specified time period, will result in another winner being selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to ask the Winner for proof of residency to validate the winning entry. Failure to do so will disqualify the Winner, and a new winner will be drawn.

7. PRIZES: Winner(s) will receive the Grand prize for the Promotion, comprised of the following:

·       Winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses related to their travel using the Prize tickets including without limitation travel to and from airport.

·       Winner is responsible to have a valid travel document and the necessary visa when travelling.

·       The Prize ticket(s) have no cash value.

·       Complimentary ticket holders are not eligible for compensation due to disruptions.

8.  THE VALIDITY PERIOD The prize will be valid for one year from the day of acceptance. Seats are subject to availability and certain other restrictions (e.g.: blackout dates), which are subject to change in the sole discretion of Sponsor. 

9. RESTRICTIONS ON ALL PRIZES: Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. No cash redemption or prize substitutions are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s discretion or if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is ineligible for the Prize, or is unable to or who does not accept or utilize the Prize awarded, for any reason.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE:  Subject to applicable law, the Winner irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use the Winner’s name, voice, photograph and/or biographical data for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity, without any obligation or consideration except for the awarding of the prize to the Winner. 

11. PRIVACY: The Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information, including personal information submitted and stored and participants acknowledge having read and accepted Qatar Airways Privacy Policy.

12. Release of Liability:  SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PARTICIPANTS FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, OR REVENUE PROVIDED SUCH LOSS IS NOT DUE TO OR CASUED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT OF SPONSOR. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL OPERATE TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES' LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM SPONSOR'S OR ITS AFFILIATES’ NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY WHICH MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.

13. FORCE MAJEURE: EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SPONSOR AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS,  AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PROMOTION TERMINATES OR THE PRIZE CANNOT BE USED OR REDEEMED DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS OR OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, BAD WEATHER, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC, OR FOR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF SPONSOR’S REASONABLE CONTROL.

14. DISCLAIMERS:  If this Promotion cannot be administered as contemplated for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, these Official Rules Winner selection, or Prize and any such changes will be notified via email.  This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Facelift, or any other media platform.

15. GOVERNING LAW:  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  All issues and questions concerning this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW

Outside the State of Qatar

Where, in relation to contracts with consumers (being individuals acting in a private capacity), the laws of your country of residence (“Laws”) require that:

i. The Laws shall apply to any such contract; and

 ii. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence (“Courts”), then the Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
