Hi, I rang today and they said to send it again with just a printed signature with the wrong name on the defence. The guy also said they probably will have to resubmit the claim in the right name as it’s in the wrong name.

I am thinking will it get sent back again? Would it be better for me to just put the main points on the online portal?

Yes - good plan. And the wrong name.

Remove the stuff about the DLUHC and costs at the end of the Template Defence, and of course you don't need the headings or the statement of truth if bunging a defence in using MCOL.

Just tried to do it on MCOL and now it says a bar has been put on this claim so I can’t respond to it.

Which means your defence is in, I suspect ... did you reply by email to the CNBC, clarifying? You must keep it on track.

Hi, I phoned them and they said just email it again and print sign it in the incorrect name or else the system won’t accept it. They said that they will be able to see my explanation of the name being wrong in my defence. I also emailed them this in response to my first denfence which was signed by me being sent back.

Sorry if this sound like a silly question. I have just got a letter from DCBL saying I wrote I had evidence in my defence and they would like me to send it. This is evidence of telematics to prove the car was not there at the times they are saying. There’s not address to send it to. Is the evidence ok to just email to them? I didn’t want to email it before asking incase I do something wrong.

Yes, email them your telematics proof and tell them to hurry up and discontinue.

Be as flippant and rude as you see fit. Seriously: do not be too polite to this lot.  The entire industry needs pretty much stopping.

I feel so annoyed that this has been going on from just after I had a baby and they have been constantly harassing me
