I have seen some adverts that state you can get solar panels fitted for free, regardless of the fact whether or not you claim benefits.
Is that true?

If you fall meet the qualifying criteria for ECO4 or a locally administered government grant (Warm Homes funding), you might get free solar panels. They get to claim a grant off whoever is running the scheme.Risteard said:
