Hi, hoping someone can help. I was made redundant back in 2022. I have just received a letter from the liquidators, which says…” please find enclosed notice of intended dividend payment. I am aware that the majority of your claim was settled by the redundancy office but you had a residual preferential claim of £321.62. This has arisen from your accrued holidays as follows….
accrued holiday pay £966.00
paid by row £644.38
residual balance £321.62
you do not need to take any further action in order for your claim to be admitted to rank for dividend unless you agree with the about stated above”
what does this all mean?
thanks
