Candy works not sent order.

I have placed a order with a American sweets company called Candy works and they are based in the UK but they still have not sent out the order which i placed almost 2 weeks ago.
I have contacted them by email a few times which they do not answer and also on their FB account and nothing.
I paid by debit card from my Revolut account so what are my rights in trying to get my money back?
I have seen on their FB account a lot of people have placed orders over the last few months and never got orders.
Any advice please.

The bit about sudden increase in orders has been on there for months as at the start of the year i had seen that but did not order at the time.0 -

just be careful of this so-called American sweet companies they are proliferating on the high Street and although I'm unwilling to say more - just beware of them (and in particular beware of putting anything you buy from them in your stomach!)
