Taxi fares refund after warranty work
My car broke down on Tuesday and I had it recovered to my local dealer. Unfortunately they didn’t have a loan car available for the total of 3 days without it. Cause the car breaking down is due to a warranty fault can I claim back my taxi fares to work and back ( £180).
thanks

Will depend on terms and conditionsWas a taxi the cheapest way?
they will look to see if you have minimised losses
was public transport not available or even hiring a car?0 -
Even with a warranty claim you might not even be entitled to a courtesy car let alone other expenses.
It all depends on the dealer/manufacturer policy.
Simplest thing is to ask them.0 -
Was no alternative means of transport available?0
