1) CEWE Limited, based at Unit 4 Titan Business Centre, Spartan Close, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RR, hereinafter referred to as "the promoter", is organising a “National Trust Holiday Competition" (hereafter “Competition”).2) The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of CEWE Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.3) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.4) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. WHAT IS THE NATIONAL TRUST HOLIDAY COMPETITION?The National Trust Holiday Competition is a giveaway competition. During the promotional period, entrants will need to visit : https://cewe.co.uk/CEWE-PHOTOBOOK-holiday-competition and complete an online poll, then sign up using their email address in order to participate in the competition.5) Entry to the competition will be active from the following days:ENTRIES OPEN: Friday 19th July 2024
ENTRIES CLOSE: Monday 30th September 2024Winners will be picked at random after the competition closes.Prize Awarded via email week commencing 7th October 2024.
WHO CAN ENTER?6) To enter this giveaway, each entrant will have to:
Successfully complete the poll and successfully submit the registration form, found on the giveaway page. Entry form includes e-mail address, name and confirmation of having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy found at https://www.cewe.co.uk/privacy-policy.html. For an entry to be valid, all information provided must be valid and current at time of submission. 7) Entry to the giveaway is free and every participant is entitled to one entry.8) Submission of email address constitutes entrant’s consent for the promoter to use their details for future marketing communications and other promotional activities. WHAT IS THE GIVEAWAY PRIZE?9) The main prize is a National Trust Holidays voucher worth £1,000 PLUS £100 CEWE PHOTOBOOK vouchers. The holiday is subject to availability and does not include any extras. The winner will be able to pick from the available locations, found here https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/holidays.10) No cash alternative or refund will be given, and winners must be over 18. 11) Prize to be chosen from the current National Trust Holiday website and cannot be used to purchase National Trust gift cards or vouchers or redeemed against purchases already made. The prize is not valid for Historic House Hotels bookings or those managed by third parties. The competition is not open to employees and volunteers of the National Trust, their partners and their families.12) The competition winner can use the prize as part payment towards a higher value holiday and pay the balance. The holiday must be booked and taken within 12 months of receiving the prize. RELEASE12) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

14) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18) CEWE Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

19) CEWE Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
