Access to metre
I live in a park home and pay for our energy to the park owner not the energy supplier. Our metre is in a locked cabinet which we have no access to. We get a quarterly bill with our usage figure but have no way of checking how accurate it is. What are my rights or what can I do to make sure the readings are correct ?
