eBay bulk re-listing. PC Issues? No Bulk option on App?

got a lot of items in the "unsold and not relisted" folder. last 2 days iv'e been trying to bulk re-list but having chosen the items to re-list the next page just hangs instead of populating the fields ready to submit.
can re-list individually.
this is on PC, thought i'd go via the app to try but there appears to be no "Bulk" option.

I think the changes ebay made yesterday have really caused some issues.I'm still struggling with one of my accounts and the new launch page, the other one switched back to the classic view within hours so there are obviously different systems .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
