    Hi Catherine :-)

All - this looks like a rebadged Quantum with the same controls, can anyone with Quantum storage heaters help?

I couldn't find that version of newlec heater but the first item on Google search for "newlec nlsh150 manual"  (the higher power version) was the manual for the newlec nlph series -

    https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://asset.eezybridge.com/ad7e7626-8f4a-4edb-b78d-9ca040e321dd/168710&ved=2ahUKEwjpqJfa2MCHAxV7VUEAHeHWD_UQFnoECAYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0t7jED0xkHJd5w7jJPFfc5

That might give you a good enough clue to basic setup, even if there are differences - extra feature etc between models - the core basic operations often remain similar.

That says the main output temp can be set as high as 32C.

[But please remember even with a good off peak tariff deal (unlike single rate electric Ofgem doesn't set the individual peak and off peak rates so suppliers can balance the 2 differently - so worth comparing prices in his region).

Even the best e7 off peak rate is still around twice price of gas per kWh and every deg C will add to bills.]

There's a reference to rexel uk in that manual - a vendor website that includes a reference to the nlsh series as well as others like Dimplex  From the bottom of tgd manual above.

On the last page there's a phone number, website and email.

    https://www.rexel.co.uk/uki/root-category/Heating-&-Ventilation/Electric-Heating/Storage-Heaters/c/RXHV_2_1

And shows them in a brochure pdf link for installed heaters

    https://corporate.rexel.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/RX00008_LOT-20-CAT_030118.pdf

As above users post the control panel does look a bit similar to the dimplex xle series photo in the same rexel document.

But looks can be deceptive - just because it looks tge same doesn't mean it's running same software etc.

Dimplex own xle series manual is available online. The dimplex versions though do tend to be high end and go through several software revisions per model with new functionality.

Their own Creda lot 20 heaters iirc share a similar panel,  but not necessary all the modes as might others like their own lot 20 Sunhouse or xle model.

Sadly a quick google didn't come up with an actual newlec manual for the exact model - just a data sheet.

You could try the rexel email or phone no in nlhp series manual.

"Setback" refers to the target room temperature outside normal hours. So if you programmed it for 25°C from 07:00 to 22:00, then outside those times it will use that "setback" temperature.
