Hi, we wondering what people thought this is worth. We're thinking £250,000 is too high. rightmove.co.uk/properties/148767425

Edge of the Cotswolds? I'm surprised it's not half a million.
Turn the question around. Why do you think £250,000 is too high?0 -
On the listing, scroll down and look at "Recently sold & under offer" and that will give you an idea of what nearby properties are going for currently.0

that 3rd bedroom is very small, in neighbouring properties it is described as a 'dressing room'. Is it a similar layout to this one which sold for £229K in May?

It sold for 163k when interest rates were near zero? The seller must be just trying it on.0

Dursley doesn't really attract the Cotswold premium, but looking at other houses on the market it seems quite comparable to other houses on the market. My OH would happily live in Dursley, I'm less keen but, there are pretty good facilities in the area.
