TV, Phone and Broadband options

I am considering leaving SKY, as the price is due to go up from £55 to £75 for broadband, telephone and SKY signature TV (with Netflix add on).
I am reluctant to leave SKY, as I have been with them for about 15 years and have always managed to secure a significant discount upon renewal and it is easy having all services from one provider. However, I am considering my options in case I cannot get the price down to an acceptable amount in September when the contract ends.
I don't have an aerial (just a SKY dish) and only really watch SKY Atlantic and Sky Sports News. The internet has always been non-problematic and a good service and I don't really use the home phone.
What options would people suggest for TV, Broadband and phone other than SKY?

If Atlantic is not negotiable then you've painted yourself into a corner as it's only available on Sky Q/Stream or Now TV.0
