    Chase does use Truelayer.  At least it does when I top up my Zopa accounts using the 'instant bank transfer' option.  In Zopa it shows as Chase (Trading Name of  JP Morgan EU).

    I don't think Chase was supported by YouGov Finance during the good old days of the £50s. So it is not sufficient for a bank to be registered with a particular TPP, they also need to be supported by the institution running the service.
    But the US bank Chase doesn't operate in the UK.
