Answer- Dublin

FRIED CHICKEN AND beer. A match made in heaven, right? Koreans love the combo so damn much they’ve dedicated a whole word to it. Chimac comes from “Chi”, short for “chikin” plus “Mac” from “maekju”, Korean for beer. A trip to South Korean had us head over heels in love with this tasty cultural phenomenon, inspiring us to open “Chimac” a fast casual Korean inspired restaurant in Dublin. Now with three locations in Ireland, their sauce range brings that same punchy flavour to homes across the UK & Ireland.

Chimac’s Korean inspired sauces are bold, punchy and bursting with flavour. Created by Sofie Rooney & Garret FitzGerald in their Dublin fried chicken restaurant “Chimac”, the sauce range fuses tasty Korean ingredients with big fusion flavours. Dunk, drizzle, marinade, stirfry or sizzle!

The range includes a Korean Hot Sauce, K-BBQ sauce and Sriracha Caramel. Available in 350ml and 150ml formats, the sauces are super simple to use, perfect for dunking, dipping, stir-fries, or meat marinades.
