airtime rewards logon problem

I have been with the airtime rewards app for a few years and it has been great.  However they recently updated their app and I cannot get logged on.  I have emailed them many many times with no response.  Each time I try and log on it asks for my mobile number then my name, DOB, postcode and email then it tells me that a user with these details already exists and shows me an error page.  I use this app regularly and am very disappointed that it is not working.  Can anyone please help?
