Castle Community Finance uncontactable and withholding funds

Hi,
Is anyone else having problems getting their bonds reinvested/ money returned from Castle Community Finance?
Mine matured on 6th July. Before then I gave instructions to reinvest some of it and return the remainder to me. Nothing has happened, so I'm no longer earning interest and can't use the sum I'd asked to me returned to me.
I can't get through on the telephone. There are 5 options, but none of them work - the message just goes around in a loop.
Emails are not being responded to either.
Getting increasingly concerned.

What is this? How did you find out about it? Is it a corporate bond or a savings account with e.g., a credit union? Is that the correct name? Google doesn't throw anything up on that exact term.

Mine (A fixed rate saver with Castle Community Bank) matured on 13th July, I had an email a few days before to confirm this. To withdraw I had to reply confirming the last 4 digits of my nominated bank account, which I did - I received a confirmation reply and the money arrived fine (on the 14th I think). The email address was maturities AT castlecommunitybank.co.uk (though the reply came from savers AT castlecommunitybank.co.uk) in case you haven't tried either of those.

In financial matters, details are important. They help you keep safe from scams impersonating genuine financial institutions. Hopefully you mean Castle Community Bank, which is the trading name of North Edinburgh and Castle Credit Union Limited. This is one of a (former) trio credit unions covering the three GB nations that market their products through "My Community Finance". Former, because the Welsh one went bust in 2018. But the other two do not seem to be in any trouble.
It is always recommended to use the Financial Services Register to confirm the genuine website and contact details of a firm: https://register.fca.org.uk/s/firm?id=001b000000MfALYAA3
