I only need to update my address
Moved 2 weeks ago. Have phoned almost daily. I can get passed security but after that I'm constantly on hold.
I've tried phoning at different times.
Can I go to the job centre with ID and proof of address and change it that way?
(Stil in the same LA so it's still ESA for me and not UC)

Have you tried phoning at 8am? The DWP are notorious for being so busy that you're on hold for the best part of an hour. At 8am you might get through to them quite quickly.You should be able to go to the JobCentre and pass on the information via them. They can photocopy all your documents and send them to the benefit processing centre.1
