What is this small White Vessel next to Worcester Boiler?

What do you mean by 'cold feed'?It goes through a pressure reducing valve then to all cold outlets in the house so the pressure of HW and CW are equal at mixers.1 -
I thought it was a pressure release valve, 'cos it appears to go off to a tundish. So I'm confused.0

I could be wrong, but off the one picture it looks like it could be to me.1 -
