eBay, how do I undo 'payment received'?

Hi, I accidentally clicked 'payment received' for an item I sold at the weekend to an overseas buyer, my fault for rushing. There used to be an option to undo payment received but I can't see it. Is there a way that I can mark it as still outstanding?
TIA

It used to be an option on the drop down menu by the sale 'mark as payment not received' but I have nothing in my sold lot that hasn't had labels printed so I can't check, and those where i've printed labels doesn't show that option.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just to update this, I spoke to ebay and it seems like the option to 'undo item paid' has been removed and now they don't have a solution for achieving this. They suggested that I make a 2nd chance offer to the buyer but this wasn't possible as there was only one bidder and you can't make a 2nd chance offer to the same bidder. I had to cancel the sale as there was a problem with the delivery address in the end,0
