Continuing the fun of our National Ice Cream Day celebrations on 21st July, in partnership with Mackie's of Scotland, Caledonian Sleeper is now ‘all aboard’ with our annual Golden Ticket competition, which, this year, is giving you the chance to win prizes daily! Alongside daily winners, our main Golden Ticket prize draw will see one lucky winner scoop up a sweet adventure with a trip on the Caledonian Sleeper train, and a year’s supply of Mackie’s ice cream and chocolate!

2.            The Prize Draw

2.1. The title of the prize draw is “Win a Golden Ticket with Caledonian Sleeper”.

2.2. Entry into the prize draw can be completed through its prize draw form at www.sleeper.scot/golden-ticket

2.3. The Prizes are as follows: Daily Prize Draw:

•             3 x Year's supply of Mackie's Chocolate (52 x 120g bars)

•             3 x year's supply of Mackie's Ice Cream (26 x 1 litre vouchers)

•             5 x Mackie's Summer supply of ice cream (6 x 1 litre vouchers)

3             How to enter

3.1. The prize draw will run from 12.01am GMT on 21 July 2024 to 11.59pm GMT on 31st August 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Caledonian Sleeper by no later than 11.59pm GMT on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

3.3  All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.

3.4. To enter the prize draw, fill out the form, providing your Full Name, Town/City and email address at www.sleeper.scot/golden-ticket

3.5. There is no entry fee for entering the prize draw

3.6. Caledonian Sleeper will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that it does not receive.

3.8. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Caledonian Sleeper. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding

4.            Eligibility

4.1. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over, except:

4.1.1. Employees of Caledonian Sleeper and Mackie’s of Scotland

4.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of Caledonian Sleeper and Mackie’s of Scotland who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

4.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of (4.1.1) and (4.1.2) above.

4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Caledonian Sleeper may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

4.3. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4.4. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4.5. Dates for travel are subject to availability. The Winner must book their travel by 29th January 2025 and travel on or before 31st March 2025. Dates for travel on Caledonian Sleeper must be outside of 14 to 31 October 2024, 23rd December – 2nd January 2025. In 2025, the blackout dates are from 17 to 21 February 2025.

4.6  The Prize draw winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of being notified they are the winner of the prize draw.

4.8 In the event that prize draw winners fail to acknowledge they are the prize winner within 72 hours Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random.
