I don't understand.
You have confirmed that the ppc is UK Parking Ltd.
According to Companies House, UK Parking Ltd was dissolved in March 2011.3 -

I have a photo now of one of their signs, and it says that "Parking enforcement is managed by UK Parking Administration Ltd " and it is a member of BPA.
What reason for my not accepting the response of UK Parking Administration Ltd do you think might be most persuasive to Popla, by the way?1 -
I apologise for the inaccuracy of the company name I gave earlier.0

Thanks for that @1505grandad. I must say I am surprised that Companies House allows for two different unrelated companies to be set up based on the spelling of Ltd or Limited.3

Doesn't matter: because it doesn't matter if cases are won or lost at POPLA. Just do what the NEWBIES thread tells you to do at POPLA comments stage.NightKitty said:I have a photo now of one of their signs, and it says that "Parking enforcement is managed by UK Parking Administration Ltd " and it is a member of BPA.

You obviously won't be paying anyway.
You will be aware from the NEWBIES thread post 3 about not paying if you lose at POPLA, and post 4 shows you the £170 daft series of threatograms to ignore if you lose.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I cannot find the Newbies thread which contains the template letters! References say to go to the top of any page in the thread and click the Newbies link, but I simply can't find anything looking like a Newbies link and therefore cannot find these template letters. Help.0

Follow the trail in the signature by coupon mad, bottom of the post
You should go to the top of the thread, look above the yellow banner but below the search box and look for the Parking forum link to the right of the words Home - Motoring , click it or tap it
Once on the main parking forum, the Newbies sticky thread is usually about 6 down, still stuck there in Announcements ( its currently 2 down. )0 -
This 'signature' by @Coupon_mad does indeed say...NightKitty said:References say to go to the top of any page in the thread and click the Newbies link, but I simply can't find anything looking like a Newbies link and therefore cannot find these template letters.CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:

Edited to add:
OK, I can see a couple of problems with that, but neither should be difficult to over come.
Currently the heading at the top of the page looks like...

1. It doesn't start with the words Forum Home as CM suggests it might, and
2. The '&' is replaced with '&'. Apparently a forum bug due to be fixed soon sometime.

Thank you to all who have responded to my posts. I think I managed to put together enough to deal with my final submission to Popla, but finding any Newbie posts was more by luck than design in my case.
I am now going to try to find and write to the landowner to get them to cancel the ticket anyway, as Lidl said they had no influence on anything pertaining to parking tickets whatsoever.2
