Selling a help to buy ISA property after 1 year

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased a property using the help to buy ISA scheme, due to personal reasons I want to sell up and relocate to a different area. 

I’ve only lived in the property for one year but I’m sure I have seen somewhere that you must be in it for a minimum of 2 years depending on circumstances. I’m trying to find out if this is definitely the case and if so who do I contact to explain my circumstances.

I’ve been in touch with the bank who I held the ISA with and citizens advice and neither have a clue. Also contacted my mortgage broker who hasn’t responded and my previous solicitors has been shut down so I can’t contact them
