Hi all, apologies if this is a repeat question, I read the Newbies thread but was still really confused. A letter was asking for 170 pounds for non-payment in a Parkmaven car park in Glasgow. It would appear that the driver had thought they'd paid for parking but for whatever the payment did not go through. Looking at other threads it seems the advice in Scotland tends to be to ignore the letters. I am just wondering does this still apply if the driver did actually not seem to pay? Any advice is massively appreciated.
