Virgin Pension Complaint

My late husband had a Virgin Pension account. 

I have spoken on the telephone to the bereavement department on numerous occasions. The first set of forms they said they would send out to me were not delivered.   I have since had 2 more sets of form sent out, and both were returned complete with death certificates . 

There seems to be no continuity when you ring them.  I first contacted them in April and I'm finding this whole process overwhelming.

The Virgin website does not appear to have an email address, does anyone have an email address for the complaints department for this company?  

I have contacted the ombudsman regarding this matter, but have to wait until August before contacting them again, in order to give Virgin time to resolve the matter (4 months from the start of the process).
