 Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old; The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to New York City; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation; Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room at a 4-star hotel in New York City; Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest;
