Claim on my car insurance while my wife was driving

A couple of months ago my wife was driving my car and had a slight bump, no damage to my car but other party claimed. My wife is a named driver on my policy so I am wondering when my insurance is up for renewal do I still have full no claims as I didn't claim?

Any claim made will impact on the policy as a whole.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

No claims bonus applies to the policy, not to individual drivers, so no you won't have full no claims bonus, unless you had it protected.

If she has her own insurance on her own vehicle she needs to declare this accident also as it will affect her insurance even though the claim was via your policy.
