Hard to read some emails on phone

I use my phone to check my emails every morning but find emails from certain organisations quite tedious to read if I access them using BT email via the BT website.
The one below is the latest example. As it’s only a short message it’s not that much of a trial, but with longer emails containing what could be quite detailed and interesting information it’s a right pain.

It doesn’t happen if I access my emails on a pc or if I use the built-in Mail app on my iPhone.
Most emails are fine. Some though from other organisations go off the page on every line.
Anybody know why this happens please?

Probably just the BT interface not parsing the lines to a full word.Is there anything in the settings there that might change that behaviour?0

Make screen bigger/smaller by pinching and zooming? The worst thing about the BT mail interface now is having to log on EVERY time, even if you have just left it for a couple of hours! We've lost the "keep me logged in" box.0

Maybe view in landscape mode?0

If you are accessing your email via a browser (e.g. Safari) on your phone, check if there's a "Reader mode" available - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphdc30e3b86/ios
If still no good, there's also "Desktop Settings" (or similar) where you can adjust text.0 -
Stop using a BT email address would be the first thing as being tied to an ISP for things like email limits your other choices or makes them harder to implement.
If you are still wanting to use BT then install a mail app and connect that to the BT account to get them into a mobile native interface.1 -
Have you tried the BT mail app?0

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
