Some of the young people at work have a phrase "drama llama" which I think would describe the situation that often crops up in this forum whereby advice is refuted and the whole thing blown up out of all proportion.

I took up the trade in option.
Sent them my old phone within the deadline.
On 25 Feb they confirmed that they had received my "device".
Now 2 months later they claim that the box was empty and are threatening to block the new handset.
