Letter of redemption and discounts

I've received an voucher letter of redemption for an bike which got damaged in a fire.
But id like to purchase a bike which is currently on offer for 600 saving 150. Using the voucher as part payment.
But the terms have this
I guess the original value of the bike will be 750 not the current discount of 600? So if I use the voucher I will have to redeem against 750 not 600?

Thats what the letter states unless the telephone number agrees otherwise however you can always have a conversation with in store staff, wouldn't be the first time someone is willing to bend the rules for the sake of a sale.0
