Hi,
My iPhone XR is not holding charge, goes flat even when not in use.
Battery reports it has 86% life remaining.
I charged to 100% and overnight the battery charge fell to 10%.
I have turned off auto updates et al and tried to find any apps might be draining it.
Any suggestions?

Faulty battery
Feasible to change yourself but probably easier to find a local shop to do it

Time for a new battery as suggested.I changed one on a previous iPhone.Currently replacement battery from popular auction site less than £12 Apple will charge £85 but a local place will probably do it for a lot less.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1

Thanks for your comments. I found YouTube video for replacement. Think I will go to a phone shop."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Have to say that her last two phones (iPhone 13 & 15 Pro) are the only ones that the screens are still in perfect condition even without a screen protector. Based on the state of the cases, dropping them is no less regular0 -
