Morning all

After a beautiful scorching day yesterday it’s quite overcast here this morning but we are due a bit of sun this evening, we will bbq tonight so I hope we get a bit of sun.

DD is off to a friends later, it’s her best friends wedding on Thursday and they are having a pre wedding get together, there is also something on Wednesday and then the actual wedding and then a post wedding bbq on Saturday ! This is after two hen do’s as well, seems like an awful lot to sort out.

We have some steaks to bbq tonight and some new potatoes I also got some aubergine which I will roast in the oven with some garlic and finish on the bbq.

Afternoon! Done nothing all day...bit of weeding, bit of watering, gaming, cooked some cannellni beans [ I have a hankering for them after thinking about the ones we ate one night in a reastaurant my cousin took us to Italy. It was run by people from Tuscany and I've never tasted beans like them, they were really beany if that's not a stupid thing to say, so I had to experiment to see if I can make them the same] I expect Ill be able to fly kites in the house tomorrow...Supper is another mish mash of stuff tonight so nothing stenuous. I've also been watching Nicky Positano's vlogs about their Tuscan home so I'm all things Italian this weekend...

But I'd be keeping it in case Allie, hope the results are nothing to worry over..great that he's doing well too. camelot, hope the open day went well and your cakes were admired and scoffed. Izzy, that was a funny story, but someone had to have sold it to her so it wasn't her fault... Floss, my mam too, but there were only two of us..and she never got our ages right either...Take care poorly people, swank it up not poorly people....
