    21.  Montana Experience horse ride will last approximately 2 hours. Participants must be over the age of 8 and in good physical health to take part. This is a summer activity taking place between June 15th – September 28th 2024. 2025 dates TBC. 

    22.  Fly fishing casting lesson will last approximately 1 hour. Participants must be over the age of 8 and in good physical health to take part. This is a summer activity which can be booked up until 30th September 2024. 2025 dates TBC. 

    23.  Chuck Wagon BBQ ride takes place on Wednesday evenings from June 19th, 2024 – August 28th, 2024. 2025 Dates TBC. Reservations must be made and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Dietary requirements will be discussed at the time of booking. 

    24.  Should the winner wish to travel outside of the summer season, alternative activities will be offered for all activities. 

    25.  Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £75.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. 

    26.  All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 

    27.       We will endeavour to transfer the spending money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.  

    28.  You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a gig with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.  

    29.           You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.  

    30.           You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.  

    31.           You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).   

    If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 35 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion. 

    32.  Travel insurance will be provided by the Prize Provider NDL and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should the Prize Provider be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash fund of £75 for the full travelling party will be allocated for travel insurance and will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. Should this be the case it will be the sole responsibility of the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and, where applicable, their guests. 

    33.       Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  

    34.       The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. 

    35.       We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
