Received several pcns that I was not made aware of previously

Hi, 

I received 3 separate PCN notices, all three of them are on the third stage(two tfl one from an independent place) and I have not received previous letters. The last one is a car park where I appealed the fine but instead of receiving a response they escalated it to the third stage. I am unsure of what to do now as the isn't an option to appeal anymore. I have no issue with paying the fines if I am at fault and those sending the files have the decency to inform me beforehand. 

If you can, please give me some advice on what to do.

You will need to give us dates and tell us if your address details are up to date on your V5c?

I'm sure someone will be along soon to tell you that they are not fines.

And that you should not just pay up.

I once had a council fine (as opposed to a private PCN invoice) cancelled because they jumped a stage in their procedure; I don't know if that works with private parking scammers operators.
